FURNITURE DELIVERIES

Customers are responsible for checking that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination. Additional costs apply for difficult access.

Receiver must inspect product and note any damages or order errors with the freight forwarder upon delivery and advise us via email within 24 hours. 

COURIER COLLECTIONS

if you send a courier to have your piece collected, please let us know prior so we can ensure it is packed appropriately and ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post International. We can only ship homewares goods up to 10kg internationally. We do not offer international shipping on bulky good at this time.
